Hailing from the Teesside Riviera (Middlesbrough), Scanny has been an active contributor on internet radio since 2018.
                                    Teaming up with DJ Andy Craik in 2021 he was part of the popular 90's chart show which spawned the 'Scannys Bangers' section, 
                                    showcasing 90's dance tunes.

                                        Since early 2024 Scanny has been a regular guest host on Andy’s Choose The Choons show where he launched his popular themed 
                                        episodes focusing on BANGERS, BALLADS & MOVIE SOUNDTRACKS. By popular demand he now brings all of that and more together in one 
                                        weekly show under the SCANNY’S BANGERS brand.”
                                        
                                            Known for his love of the obscure, Euro, Disco and 'versions of a song you've never heard before'...along with his love of 
                                            coasters and T-shirt giveaways, he knows the listeners are...'Gonna love this'. 'The Scanny Hour' will bring all of his 
                                            passion and energy every Tuesday night at 9pm.  Inspired by the club's of the 90's and the DJ's he spent his weekends dancing to.
